Passionate for 30 years, with my dog Rigo, I take you on a treasure hunt to talk to you about geology, history, forest, mycelium, soil life and especially truffles.

In winter, during the season
- Visit and market walk (Monday only from December to February) in a charming village. You will learn how prices are fixed and how to detect the rare pearl at the best price
- Visit of truffle and cavage with my dog Rigo and if the weather allows it fly
- Tasting : the truffle is one of the best condiments that can be used in the kitchen. Through a simple and uncomplicated cuisine, you will be led to taste the black diamond in different forms : butter, egg and cheese. Its subtle and complex fragrance will brighten up your palate with a thousand flavors. All topped off with Pécharmant Bergerac wine

- Truffle field visit and "cavage" demonstration with Rigo.
